This paper is a study of the different leadership styles adopted by leaders in organizations, and further determines whether the styles identified are effective or ineffective in terms of realizing failure or success for the organization. In essence, effective leadership should establish and retain belief, mission and vision commutation in the workplace in order to realize optimal performance and subsequent organizational success from the workforce. thus, the paper assumes that an effective leadership style will be noted by means of possession of given desirable features, in addition to the application of specific modes of leadership. The paper will based on the assessment of a Fast Food shop that is part of a chain of fast food business. The shop had been noted to fail despite effective organizational management.
